The Retailer faced inconsistent connectivity across sites, with unreliable broadband and network dropouts affecting both customer service systems and internal communications. All installations were scheduled outside trading hours to ensure zero impact on store operations. T4S’s engineers coordinated directly with store managers, completing each site setup within hours.
Enhanced Monitoring
Using the T4S Portal, the Retailer’s IT team gained full visibility of all locations — including real-time network status, performance analytics, and automated fault alerts for proactive maintenance.
